Dispatch and Shipment timing

To our valued customers, when placing order, Please consider dispatch and courier timing and possible delays. If you would like to use any items purchase from our etzy store to an specific event, please place your order early to avoid disappointment. See below for info:

Dispatch time 1 to 3 days from received of order.

DOMESTIC:
Courier via Australia post, Standard post within Australia takes 3 to 7 days (delay is possible due to other uncontrolled factors)

INTERNATIONAL:
To USA, Canada, UK takes 6 to 12 days ( delay is possible due to other uncontrolled factors)

Return and Exchange Policy

No return policy once the item has been shipped.

However, for item that has been delivered but buyer realised they bought a wrong size or wrong item, We are happy to exchange with the correct sizing or item upon receipt of returned item from buyer( Postage at buyer's cost), provided the item is the same condition as when it was shipped to buyer.

Order cancellation prior to dispatch of the item.

If buyer decided to cancel upon placing the order up to 6hrs (provided the item hasn't been dispatched), we will gladly process cancellation and refund via etzy store.

Sariling Atin sizes are base in Philippines sizes S to 4XL. Best to know your correct size before placing order, specifically the shoulder size. Sizing chart is provided as a guide for each item as required.
